Kinetic Environmental Ltd. has an opportunity within our Vancouver branch for a Abatement Supervisor to provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to all site employees, while effectively managing the project, subtrades and liaising with the client. Collaborate with Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure the project is successful.
The wage for this position ranges from $40.00- $45.00 per hour based on skills and experience. Wages are paid out weekly.

 Ensure that all proposals are submitted on time, meet all client requirements, and are of high quality, resulting in a high win rate for new projects. 
 Develop and implement streamlined proposal processes and best practices, leading to increased efficiency and reduced turnaround times for proposal development. 
 Foster strong collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams, ensuring that all necessary information and inputs are gathered effectively for each proposal. 
 Maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally, leading to high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
 Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to ensure proposals are competitive and aligned with current industry trends and client expectations.

Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity in Squamish for a Superintendent to provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to all site employees, while effectively managing the project, subtrades and liaising with the client. Collaborate with Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure the project is successful. This position will promote Kinetic within the industry for the purposes of business development and recruitment.
This position will report to our Richmond branch but will work out of Squamish.
The salary band for this position is $118,000 - $177,000 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications

 Certificate, diploma or degree in Construction or related field experience
 5+ years experience in ICI construction as a superintendent
 Gold Seal Certification an asset
 Strong ability and proven experience in leading a site crew of various sizes
 Strong communicator, relationship builder and business partner 
 Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills 
 Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, SmartSheet and Procore
 Extensive history of working on a site until project completion and success

 Develop high-quality, persuasive proposals that communicate the company’s capabilities and win new business contracts.
 Establish and maintain consistent documentation standards, ensuring all business development materials are clear, concise, and professional.
 Develop and manage a repository of templates, case studies, and other resources to support the business development team in their efforts.

 Post-secondary degree of diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent
 3 years of progressive experience in a proposal role or in a related role ie: communications, marketing, visual communications
 Strong project management, organizational and time management skills to effectively establish the priority and scheduling or work tasks.
 Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills. Ability to produce grammatically sound written communication with a customer focus.
 Strong working knowledge of proposal fundamentals and best practices.
 Ability to execute a lean, quality pursuit process and participate in a strategy session.
